Sandals Dunn’s River offers luxury level, club level, and butler level rooms and suites. These range in terms of amenities, views, size, and perks, with the butler-level suites being the nicest, largest, and most luxurious. All rooms here have private outdoor spaces.
Accommodations are divided among three buildings and a village. The Mammee Bay building is an older building that has been renovated, offering club and butler level rooms with ocean and garden views. Most have outdoor soaking tubs.
The Travertine building was also renovated and houses the lobby, rooms with ocean views, and quieter rooms with garden views. They all have balconies, and many also have oversized soaking tubs. It only has luxury and club level rooms.
The beachfront Tufa Terrace building is new and holds the luxurious Skypool suites as well as swim-up suites. The Rondoval Village features two types of the round Rondoval suites. Both have direct access to the swim-up pool as well as private pools, but one type also includes a private rooftop terrace.
Best Sandals Dunn’s River Rooms: Luxury Level
While luxury level rooms come with all the usual Sandals inclusions, they do not offer room service. There is an in-room minibar that is stocked with water, juices, soda, local beer, and Robert Mondavi wine, however.

Club level rooms come with room service between 7am and 10pm, access to a private lounge, and concierge service. The in-room bars add premium liquor.
